Furthermore, with every purchase our management team can work with more and more funds to ensure that you have the best gaming experience possible. 

Refund Policy:

Our refund policy is simple, we provide no refunds unless otherwise stated. Due to allocating these funds directly into projects that work to improve Dragonia, we are unable to provide refunds to those who request them. As per these terms of service, attempting to go around this policy by reversing the payment with your bank or opening a dispute with PayPal will result in termination of services provided to you and a ban on our server and all related services which will prevent you from ever purchasing anything again on our server.

Privacy Policy:

All information that is required in this store is not shared with any other third parties and is stored securely. All payments are processed via gateways and we ensure that your payment details are secure. Personal information (such as your email) is collected so that we can fulfill your order and is never shared with any other third parties.

If you have made a purchase but haven't received your item within 1 hour of purchasing, please make a ticket on our discord for assistance. In-depth information about each item can be viewed by clicking the "More Info" button on the package that you wish to purchase. Any billing issues or other payment related enquiries can be made on our discord via a ticket where you will receive a response within 24 hours by our Staff Team. Furthermore, all payments made by echeck/credit have longer processing times compared to normal payments. This is because PayPal has to do a formal bank withdrawal, and is completely out of our control. So expect up to a 7 day waiting period for echecks to process.
